San Francisco - Getting To & From the City

Airports:

San Francisco International Airport borders most of the southern part of the city. The airport has the largest international terminal and is the 14th busiest airport in the United States. The airport is conveniently located only 13 miles from downtown San Francisco. The airport serves the San Francisco downtown hotels and San Francisco luxury hotels area.

Oakland International Airport also services the San Francisco Bay area and is located just 12 miles southeast of the Oakland city center. The airport supports flights daily to numerous cities throughout the US and Mexico. Oakland International Airport is also an important center for Southwest Airlines.

Public Transportation:

The San Francisco Municipal Railway (Muni) provides public transportation when staying at San Francisco luxury hotels as well as a couple nearby suburbs outside the city limits. They run a network of buses and a rapid transit elevated and subway system.
